In all honesty, and candor, I found myself fairly easily giving Dr. Phibes The Androbots: Book I Of : The Dr. Phibes Manifest FIVE STARS! Dr. Phibes The Androbots is an ABSOLUTE MUST READ for all book readers and DR. PHIBES PHANS alike. The writing of Dr. Phibes creator William I. Goldstein shows his mastery of story telling and character development. He has given the Phibes Phaithful a new Dr. Phibes novel and series to explore and discover this newest chapter in the Life of Dr. Phibes; The Dr. Phibes Manifest. I know all readers new to the character, and or tried and true will enjoy this now fifth Dr. Phibes book. Even as obviously biased as I am, I found the book to be an excellent and engaging read. The new facets of Dr. Phibes that Goldstein reveals in this first book of the series is both immediately familiar and brand new simultaneously as he also interweaves new faces of The Dr. Phibes Clockwork Wizards into the story, when we see them miraculously transformed into The Band That Can Play Forever; The Androbots. For me the biggest plus was being able to work side by side with my father on this project, it has been an honor, and I am hoping to continue to grow the Dr. Phibes Vibe and make him proud.
